This workshop explores the integrated intelligence within us. It is about aligning body, heart and mind and responding to the pressures of life from "centre" rather than judgements and fears. It is about habitual patterns and tapping into mind-body wisdom and intuition to move beyond. It draws on various sources and includes Wendy Palmer’s Leadership and Conscious Embodiment work. If you work as a coach you will be able to take the learning from the workshop into your work with clients.

Gene was the lead trainer for the UK’s first NLP training company. He now lives in the US and a particular focus of his work is leadership. The workshop will focus on identity and identification and how we take NLP and deepen the impact we have on individuals and in organisations. Gene has a great capacity for working generatively with the core foundational structure of NLP and has a wonderful ability to apply in the workshop what he is teaching at the time. This workshop is open to all.

Anyone who has done NLP Masters will have many of the skills needed to be a good coach, however, NLP is not recognised as coach specific training by any of the coaching bodies, so people have to go back to square one and attend a basic coaching training. This programme designed for Master Practitioners who have done 240+ hours of NLP training will assume all your prior knowledge and experience and give you what you need as "Coach Specific Training" to apply for accreditation with AC or ICF.

Using modelling and a whole systems approach we create a context where you will live your learning. With 15 people maximum, individual and group process become the content for developing advanced NLP skills. We are completely committed to you developing outstanding (NLP) capability at a personal, interpersonal and group level.

Participants on this series meet with David in a small group setting (max 21) 3 times over several months for an on-going and deep conversation around the challenges facing us today personally and as coaches, consultants and leaders. David Whyte is a poet with a client list that includes major international organisations, universities and business schools. His work has struck a resonant chord within organisations and the personal and professional development arenas around the world.

Being a great trainer is much more than developing good training skills; it is about finding one’s identity and authentic expression as a trainer. It is about taking your ego out of the picture and becoming ‘an empty flute’. This is the essence of this 20 day modular training together with developing superb NLP training skills.
