A two year programme designed to fulfil the requiments for registration with the United Kingdon Council for Psychotherapy. Module one: Clinical Practice To ensure that trainees can identify and manage appropriately their personal involvement in and contribution to the process of psychotherapy that they practice. Four 2 day trainings over the two years.

First weekend of a modular training course to help gain UKCP registration, through the NLPtCA, as a Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapist. Government regulation of psychotherapy is coming and this course is designed to help NLP Master Practitioners and above meet the requirements.

An INLPTA certified Practitioner training. Split into 7 modules each of three days (Friday - Sunday) and presented February to August. Take time to learn, practice and inegrate. Martin has 17 years NLP experience is a UKCP reg psychotherapist and an INLPTA certified trainer.

This programme of 3 weekends will cover NLPt and: A basic understanding of psycho-pharmacology. Diagnostic assessment of presenting issues classification of psychopathology including the use of DSM IV. Comparative diagnostic criteria of commonly presenting aspects of mental illness. Knowledge of commonly prescribed psychotropic agents. Human development from infancy to old age. Cognitive and social development. Some ethical issues in therapy and ways of responding.

Research and Social Science Participants will be able to demonstrate confidence, knowledge and understanding in understanding of key concepts in social science. To develop beliefs, capabilities and behaviours to form a critical approach to the conduct of a research study, the collation of the data from a research study, and the analysis of study data to enable valid conclusions, and informed decisions to be made. Three weekends also available for CPD.

To provide an introduction to a range of psychotherapy and counselling modalities so that students will have an awareness of the theoretical bases of a representative sample of short-term and long-term psychotherapies commonly practised in the UK alternative treatments.
