What's unique about this training?
At Brilliant Minds we're interested in results. We want you
to succeed at whatever you put your mind to. Most of our customers
are business executives and professionals, so we recognise
that you are not interested in becoming a therapist or counsellor.
You want to refine the skills that will allow you to influence
and motivate the people around you. You want to be able to
get to the heart of a problem quickly and resolve it to everyone's
benefit. You want to be able to negotiate effectively at all
levels in your organisation. And you want to balance your
personal and professional lives so that you can enjoy both.
Because of this, we focus our Master Practitioner programme
on the use of NLP in a business context. You will learn how
to practice NLP so that no-one notices that you're doing something
different - just that you get different results! You will
learn the secrets of conversational change and multi-level
communication. You'll become a great negotiator and mediator.
You'll also learn some powerful skills for coaching others,
giving performance feedback and tapping into natural motivation
patterns.
At the heart of this programme is the process of modelling.
This was the methodology by which Bandler and Grinder began
uncovering the ways that excellent change agents operate.
All the subsequent techniques, for which NLP is generally
known, are the results of modelling projects. As such, they
are fundamental to the mastery of NLP. You will learn how
to model others and yourself. You will be encouraged to undertake
a modelling project as part of the programme and to participate
in modelling projects run by the trainers.
Since we tend to work with smaller groups you will find that
your personal outcomes for taking this training will receive
lots of attention and you will have lots of opportunities
to discuss your project and progress with the trainers, both
in the group and one-to-one. You will also get frequent high
quality feedback on your work and contribution to the group.
