Enhancing Communication
“You cannot not communicate.”
Explore the history of NLP and some of the secrets of elegant communication. Discover how to relate to people at many different levels and in many different ways. By understanding just how we communicate so much more than we are consciously aware of, we can begin to understand the message beyond the words. We will learn about the 'Languages of the Senses' and how developing skills in using them will enable us to get our messages across even more effectively and with integrity. This is also extremely useful in situations such as:  presentations to small and large groups; prepare proposals and reports which are more easily understood; managing, coaching, mentoring and supervising others; ensuring understanding; marketing products and services.

Enriching Relationships
“If what you are doing isn't working, do something else.”
Elegant communication is an effective way to improve relationships and you can further enrich your relationships through accessing a degree of Rapport that you have, until now, only dreamed about. You will also learn about Sensory Acuity and Non-verbal Communication. You can further enhance your skills using the powerful and exciting process, Perceptual Positions, which will enable you to take different points of view to assist you in understanding and enriching the relationships you have with your family and friends, your work colleagues and clients and customers. These skills will ensure that you are able to: work with those people you don't get on with by changing your ways of communicating; reach agreements which are mutually beneficial; manage, coach, mentor and supervise others more effectively; understand how you affect other people.

Exploring Life Goals

What do you really want from your life? Where are you now? Where would you like to be? You will learn several models which will help you to set realistic and achievable short term and long term goals so that you can begin the process of transforming your personal and professional life. These skills will assist you to: set goals for yourself and with others; set business objectives; explore the consequences of your future actions.

Experience how to Transform Unresourceful Feelings
“Choice is better than no choice.”
So often, we think that we have little or no choice about how we feel. Imagine having the ability to recognise unhelpful feelings and emotions and then the skills to transform them into more supportive resources. Using Anchoring you will learn to develop a range of possible resources you can choose from in any scenario. Combined with Mental Rehearsal you will discover ways of practising events which result in showing more confidence and skill, such as interviews, that difficult meeting, or when you encounter new and unknown situations and people. 

Expand Your Understanding of Others
We all experience the world in different ways, depending on how we filter the information in our environments. We allow certain information to come into our awareness and keep other information out. Once we begin to understand our own filters we can also begin to understand the ways in which others filter their experiences. This understanding gives us information which helps us to: manage others; improve our coaching and mentoring skills; market and sell our products and services more effectively; waste less time getting our messages across to others; realise that people are not necessarily behaving intentionally in ways which appear irritating or strange.

All of our training courses offer you a practical experience in a relaxing and supportive environment. We offer a combination of explanations, demonstrations and exercises in pairs and small groups. There is always time for questions and discussions. You will learn processes and techniques at a conscious and an unconscious level, which will enable you to reproduce them with others.
