One Day Introduction to NLP for Sport

Due to your requests we're offering a one day introduction to NLP to give you a flavour of NLP and what you can expect when you train with us. A great way to find out a little more, meet your trainers and generally get to ask some of the questions you want to know the answers to before committing yourself to becoming a practitioner!
Suitable for all backgrounds and areas of interest, a great way to see what we offer without having a worry about the hard sell when you get here!

Inside Performance offers an early booking price for all of its courses. In addition, we also offer discounts for combined packages, group bookings and personal recommendations.
All of our courses are held in Parkstead House at Roehampton University in either the recently renovated and refurbished Grade II listed building, or the Grade I Georgian Villa, both overlooking the wide expanses of Richmond Park. We have state of the art presentation equipment and the rooms are light, airy and ideal for training purposes.

There is easy access from London Waterloo on BR (Barnes Station), plus tubes are a short bus hop away in Putney, Richmond and Wimbledon. We also offer free parking at the venue, and are approximately 1 mile away from the A3.
For people travelling from further afield, there are plenty of local hotels and bed and breakfasts offering a range of accommodation from cheap and cheerful to 5* luxury hotels overlooking some of the best views in London and there is also limited accommodation available on campus.
